Group mindfulness training, Geelong

Small group or “shared” counselling is an alternative to individual counselling and can be particularly effective for certain issues. It involves a small number of people with common concerns or experiences meeting with Geelong psychologist and counsellor, Helen Handsjuk, and working together to address the negative impact of these in their lives.

These group sessions adopt a thoroughly multidisciplinary, participatory approach in an engaging, productive and inspiring atmosphere. This can include both our Qigong classes and nature based therapy.
